Emily Klor

Emily Klor is Chief of Staff for Allstate Health and Benefits portfolio of companies. She is also an officer of the American Heritage Life Insurance Company. Emily is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in building startups within large matrix organization and driving successful transformations for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise lies in translating ideas into reality, guiding businesses through every stage of their growth journey, from inception to market dominance. 

Before joining Allstate, Emily was Lean Master and Six Sigma Black Belt for Molex, a global manufacturing and engineering firm. During her tenure she was an active member of American Society of Quality, performing peer review and preliminary evaluation for ASQ international excellence awards.

Emily earned her bachelor’s in psychology from The American University in Washington, D.C. She is a lifelong philanthropist of Easterseals, a nonprofit healthcare organization committed to comprehensive health and wellness for children and adults with disabilities.

Away from the office, Emily enjoys spending quality time with husband, Charles, and exploring the art of the possible with their two daughters, Colette and Genevieve.
